Application Procedure
Applications can be requested by phoning the Day School office, Mon- Fri 9a-3p, at 312-642-3422 or you may download one from the button on the left and mail it in to the Day School office. There is a $30.00 fee required with each application. The application deadline for all programs is February 1st of the year you are applying (i.e. if you are applying for Sept. 2010 then your application must be received by Feb. 1, 2010). Applications received after Feb. 1 will be placed on a wait list.

Applicants to the any of the Tots programs will remain on file until March at which time they will be invited to attend an open housethat will take place in early spring. Enrollment contracts for the Tots programs are sent out in mid-May.
Applicants to our Preschool, Morning Fours and Junior Kindergarten programs will be invited to tour the school and meet with Mary Ellen Christy, the Headmistress, after the application is on file. We must have an application on file for your child before you are invited to tour the program. Enrollment contracts for these programs are usually sent out mid-March.
